Please read these terms carefully before using the betjtb platform. This document forms a legal agreement between you and betjtb.

1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply between betjtb ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "member"). By accessing the betjtb.lat website or using any of its services, you agree to these terms.

These terms form a legally binding agreement. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the betjtb platform.

1.1 Applicability of Terms

These terms apply to all services of betjtb, including sports betting, live casino, slots, fishing games and other gaming products.

1.2 Language

The original version of these terms is written in Bengali. In the event of any language dispute, the Bengali version will prevail.

2 Account Registration

To open an account at betjtb, you must provide accurate and complete information. Registration with false information is strictly prohibited.

2.1 One Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. Having multiple accounts under the same person is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all accounts will be closed and deposited funds and winnings may be forfeited.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

  • You must provide your full legal name accurately.
  • Your date of birth must be correct and must prove you are 21 or older.
  • Your phone number and email address must be active and belong to you.
  • The name on the payment account must match the registered name.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential. In the event of unauthorised access to your account, notify the betjtb support team immediately.

Note: Sharing your account credentials with anyone else or transferring your account is prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in permanent closure of the account.

3 Eligibility and Age Verification

To use betjtb, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age.
  • You must use your own payment method.
  • You must play games in a mentally sound and conscious state.
  • No betjtb employee or their close relatives may open an account.

3.1 Age Verification

betjtb may request identity verification at any time. A national identity card (NID), passport or birth registration certificate may be required for verification. Withdrawals may be on hold until verification is complete.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

Funds can be deposited at betjtb through the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 for each method.

  • You must use a payment account registered in your own name only.
  • Deposits from payment accounts in a third party's name are not accepted.
  • Deposited funds must not be connected to money laundering or any illegal activity.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. The standard withdrawal processing time is 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawal requests will be processed only to the same payment method used for the deposit.

4.3 Verification Requirements

For large withdrawal amounts, betjtb may request additional identity verification. This process is essential for your security and that of the platform.

Important: In the case of suspicious transactions, betjtb reserves the right to place the account and associated funds on hold during the investigation.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

betjtb offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms and conditions in addition to the main rules.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members may receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and get ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000.

5.2 Bonus Wagering Requirements

  • The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x (you must wager 25 times the bonus amount).
  • To withdraw winnings from bonus balance, the wagering requirement must be met.
  • Bets placed on certain games may not contribute to the wagering requirement — see the details of each offer.
  • If the deadline to meet the wagering requirement passes, the bonus will be cancelled.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Misusing bonuses, claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, or using promotional offers in any unethical manner is prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply when playing sports betting, live casino, slots and other games on betjtb:

6.1 Placing Bets

  • Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless betjtb acknowledges a technical error.
  • If any bet results in an abnormal win due to a technical error, betjtb reserves the right to void that bet.
  • In sports betting, bets must be placed before the match starts or within the specified time for live betting.

6.2 Game Results

All game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) or a live dealer directly. betjtb is committed to ensuring fair play.

6.3 Special Sports Betting Rules

  • If a match is abandoned, postponed or incomplete, betjtb will settle bets according to its own rules.
  • Special betting conditions may apply for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and other tournaments.
  • betjtb's decision on odds changes is final.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the betjtb platform:

7.1 Fraudulent Activities

  • Any form of hacking, reverse engineering or gaining unauthorised advantage in gaming software.
  • Playing games or placing bets using bots, scripts or automated software.
  • Any form of collusion or conspiring with other players to cheat.
  • Exploiting the bonus system in an improper manner.

7.2 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

betjtb follows a strict policy against money laundering. If any member deposits funds obtained from illegal sources, this may be reported to law enforcement agencies.

7.3 Inappropriate Conduct

  • Disrespectful, abusive or threatening behaviour towards live chat or support staff is prohibited.
  • Any form of harassment or unethical conduct towards other members.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by betjtb

betjtb reserves the right to suspend or close any account for the following reasons:

  • Violation of these terms.
  • Failure to verify identity or providing false information.
  • Suspicion or evidence of fraudulent activity.
  • Court order or request from a law enforcement agency.

8.2 Closure by Member

You may close your account at any time. Requests to close an account for self-exclusion or responsible gaming will receive the highest priority.

Note: Upon account closure, the remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the member's registered payment method, provided there are no violations of the terms.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

betjtb takes the protection of your personal information very seriously. All data is kept secure using SSL encryption technology.

9.1 Data Collection and Use

Your personal information is used only for providing services, identity verification, transaction processing and fulfilling legal obligations.

9.2 Data Sharing

Your information is not shared with third parties, except in the following cases:

10 Limitation of Liability

betjtb is not liable for the following:

  • Loss in a game or bet due to internet disconnection or technical error.
  • Any inconvenience caused by third-party software or network issues.
  • Loss due to your own negligence or disclosure of account information.
  • Unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) — natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.

10.1 Service Availability

betjtb strives to provide uninterrupted service, however temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance or other reasons. betjtb is not liable for such interruptions.

11 Responsible Gaming

betjtb places the highest priority on responsible gaming. Gaming is a form of entertainment, and we are committed to ensuring it does not become an addiction.

11.1 Self-Exclusion and Limit Setting

You can set deposit limits, betting limits, or self-exclusion on your account at any time. This facility is available through the betjtb support team.

11.2 Signs of Gaming Addiction

  • Continuously placing larger bets to recover losses.
  • Being unable to control gaming.
  • Playing games at the expense of family life or career.
  • Taking on debt to fund gaming.

The decision of betjtb authorities is final and binding on matters relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account-related issues.

13 Changes to Terms

betjtb reserves the right to modify, add to, or cancel these terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or a notice on the site.

If you continue to use betjtb after the revised terms come into effect, you will be deemed to have accepted the revised terms.
